A Bill to Censure Saudi Arabia for War Crimes in Yemen Semifinal Round BE IT ENACTED BY THE STUDENT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: Article I: The United States shall promptly cease all sales of military equipment to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Article II: The United States shall begin proceedings to investigate possible crimes against humanity in Yemen, through the auspices of the United Nations Security Council. Article III: For the purposes of this legislation, sales of military equipment shall include all Foreign Military Sales from US manufacturers, all transfers or sales of US military property, and all sales of foreign military equipment over which the United States can exercise veto power by virtue of technology export restrictions. Article IV: This legislation will take effect immediately and supersede applicable parts of existing legislation.
