Election Results: Pass Fail (57%) Benton County Advisory Vote (Measure 02-81) Taxing District: City of Corvallis Urge elected representatives to support constitutional amendment denying artificial entities personhood and rejecting their money as speech. Election Results: Pass (75%) Fail Clackamas County Charter Amendment (Measure 03-404) Taxing District: City of Damascus Limit spending growth rate to no more than a 2.5% annual increase. Limit could be exceeded by unanimous council vote and primary or general election vote.
