Justice Stowers explained that the Quorum Court members are not salaried, but are paid a per diem for their meetings. Justice Massey asked if it would be possible to have the Corps of Engineers come speak regarding this issue. Judge Hyde said there was a study done that he can pass on to the Quorum Court members.
