Estimated cost for the work is less than $50,000. IN RE DESIGNATING REPRESENTATIVE FOR BOARD: SUNSHINE LAW TRAINING Mr. Anderson moved Resolution 17-3-9-9 designating Kristi Downing as the representative for the Commissioners to attend a seminar or watch a webinar for Sunshine Law training as required by the Ohio Revised Code. IN RE APPROVING EARLY INTERVENTION CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN Mr. Anderson moved Resolution 17-3-9-10 approving a corrective action plan for the Early Intervention program through Family & Children First and the Health District concerning the timely receipt of services, and authorizing the Vice President to sign. IN RE RECOGNIZING K OF C STATE NOMINEES (4) Mr. Anderson moved Resolution 17-3-9-11 through 14 recognizing the following nominated by the Fairborn Knights of Columbus Council 3724 for various State awards: Frank Carchedi, Knight of the Year; Linda Engle, Lady of the Year; Percy Gros, Jr., Volunteer of the Year; and Brother Ray Ronan, Religious of the Year. IN RE REPLAT THE LANDINGS AT SUGARCREEK, SEC. 2 Mr. Anderson moved Resolution 17-3-9-26 accepting the replat of Lot 34 of The Landings at Sugarcreek, Sec. 2, Sugarcreek Township, combining the lot with 0.011-acre part of an adjacent parcel, vacating part of a utility/drainage easement, and adding a utility/drainage easement; and that same be recorded. IN RE ACCEPT PERFORMANCE BONDS & RECORD PLAN: BEXLEY HILLS AT RIVER WEST Mr. Anderson moved Resolution 17-3-9-27 accepting the performance bonds for Bexley Hills at River West, Phase 3B, Beavercreek Township, for water and sanitary sewer lines in the amount of $15,149.25; street and storm sewers in the amount of $59,430.67; and sidewalks and survey markers in the amount of $19,488.90; and signing the record plan. 1 P.M.
