1. The Preferred Save and Get Campaign ( Campaign ) is jointly organized by CIMB Bank Berhad (13491- P) ( CIMB Bank ) and ( CIMB Islamic Bank ). Every mention of CIMB refers to both CIMB Bank and CIMB Islamic Bank. Campaign Period TERMS AND CONDITIONS Preferred Save and Get Campaign 2. The Campaign shall run from 10 January 2019 to 31 March 2019, both dates inclusive ( Campaign Period ). 3. This Campaign is available at all CIMB Bank and CIMB Islamic Bank branches ( Branches ) in Malaysia. CIMB Islamic Bank branches are co-located at CIMB Bank branches nationwide. 4. CIMB reserves the right to change the duration and/or the commencement and/or expiry dates of the Campaign Period by giving fourteen (14) calendar days prior notice. Eligibility 5. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, the Campaign is open to all new and existing CIMB Preferred customers with any CIMB Bank and CIMB Islamic Bank Current Account/-i and Savings Account/-i (excluding Junior Savers Account/-i, Youth Savers Account/-i, Flexi Current Account, Special Mudharabah Investment Account-i and Foreign Currency Accounts/-i) ( CASA/CASA-i ) including non-residents, permanent, temporary or contract employees of CIMB (hereinafter referred to as Eligible Customer(s) ). 6. The following persons/ entities shall NOT be eligible to participate in this Campaign: a) Representative and/or agents (including advertising and promotion agents) of CIMB, MasterCard Worldwide Pte. Limited, a company organized in the State of Delaware, having its office and principal place of business at 2000 Purchase Street, Purchase, New York, NY 10577-2509, United States of America ( MasterCard ) (including their representative subsidiaries and related companies); and/or b) Sole-proprietorships, Partnerships, Charitable/Non-profit Organizations/ Societies, Public Companies, Private Limited Companies, Clubs, Association and Co-operatives; and/or c) Individuals below the age of eighteen (18) years. 7. In relation to joint account holders, only the first named account holder i.e. the primary account holder shall be eligible to participate in the Campaign. For the purpose of this Campaign, the secondary joint accountholder(s) is not eligible to participate in this Campaign. 8. For avoidance of doubt, only the permanent, temporary or contract employees of CIMB who are CIMB Preferred customers with CIMB non-salary CASA/CASA-i are eligible to participate in the Campaign. 1

Qualifying Criteria 9. No registration is required to participate in this Campaign. 10. To participate in this Campaign and be entitled to the Premium Item(s) (as defined in Clause 16), the Eligible Customer(s) is required to fulfill the following criteria during the Campaign Period ( Qualifying Criteria ): a) be a CIMB Preferred member; AND b) deposit a minimum amount indicated in Table 1 below ( Minimum Deposit Amount ) into their CIMB CASA/CASA-i in a single transaction ( Participating Account(s) ); AND c) sign the Declaration and Authorization Form addressed to CIMB at CIMB Branch during the Campaign Period; AND d) maintain the Minimum Deposit Amount in the Participating Account(s) for at least six (6) months commencing from the date of placement of Minimum Deposit Amount ( the Earmark Period ); AND e) ensure that the Minimum Deposit Amount shall comprise solely of Fresh Funds deposited with CIMB. 11. The Declaration and Authorization Form addressed to CIMB contains the below terms: a) that CIMB is irrevocably authorized to withhold and/or suspend payment of any monies from the credit balance of the Participating Account and prevent any withdrawals of the Minimum Deposit Amount from the Participating Account during the Earmark Period; AND b) that CIMB is irrevocably authorized to debit the Eligible Customer s Participating Account for the Premium Item(s) Value (as hereinafter defined in Table 3) under this Campaign in the event of a request being made by the Eligible Customer for whatsoever reason including but not limited for any premature partial or full withdrawal of the Minimum Deposit Amount as stated in Clause 20 from the Participating Account(s) and the earmarking on the Participating Account(s) is cancelled, removed, or released by CIMB. 13. The term Fresh Funds shall mean monies or funds not originating from CIMB, but transferred, credited or paid into the Participating Account of the Eligible Customer(s) from other bank(s) and/or financial institutions(s) through whatsoever means including but not limited to: a) Cash; and/or b) Interbank Giro Transfers (IBG) / Instant Funds Transfer (IBFT); and/or c) Telegraphic Transfer / Real Time Electronic Transfer of Funds and Securities (RENTAS); and/or d) Local cheque / banker s cheque, and the monies or funds paid or credited into the Participating Account of the Eligible Customer(s) are utilized by the Eligible Customer(s) for purpose of this Campaign pursuant to the terms and conditions herein within three (3) business days after such monies or funds have been paid or credited into the account(s) of the Eligible Customer(s). 14. The following shall NOT be classified as Fresh Funds : a) Maturing Fixed Deposit or Fixed Return Income Account-i ( FD/FRIA-i ) or premature withdrawal of any existing FD/FRIA-i account; and/or b) Intra bank transfer of funds, i.e. transfer of funds from another CIMB s Participating Accounts, FD/FRIA-i or Term Investment Account-i ( TIA-i ); and/or c) Inter-branch transfer within CIMB including third (3 rd ) party transfer. 15. The Eligible Customer(s) is allowed to take up single or multiple Premium Item(s) as stated in Table 1 as long as the Eligible Customer(s) fulfills the Qualifying Criteria for the respective Premium Item(s). Premium Item Offered Under the Campaign 16. There are three (3) premium item types ( Premium Item(s) ) offered under this Campaign and the Premium Item(s) and the Premium Item Value per unit are stated in Table 3. In the event of early withdrawal, whether partial or full, of the Minimum Deposit Amount, the Eligible Customer will be required to pay CIMB the Premium Item Value of RM1,579. Tier 2: The Eligible Customer who deposits RM400,000 Fresh Funds into the Participating Account and maintain the Minimum Deposit Amount for the Earmark Period shall be entitled to 1 unit of Samsung Galaxy Note9 with Wireless Charging Pad. In the event of early withdrawal, whether partial or full, of the Minimum Deposit Amount, the Eligible Customer will be required to pay CIMB the Premium Item Value of RM2,976. Tier 3: The Eligible Customer who deposits RM600,000 Fresh Funds into the Participating Account and maintain the Minimum Deposit Amount for the Earmark Period shall be entitled to 1 unit of Tumi Luggage Set (20 and 24 ). In the event of early withdrawal, whether partial or full, of the Minimum Deposit Amount, the Eligible Customer will be required to pay CIMB the Premium Item Value of RM4,936. 3

17. The Premium Item(s) the Eligible Customer(s) is entitled to under this Campaign are segregated into tier and would be given based on the Qualifying Criteria under Clause 10 and the Minimum Deposit Amount stated in Table 1. 18. The Premium Item(s) is/are provided on an as is basis, non- transferable, non-negotiable and nonexchangeable for cash, credit or kind, in part or in full. 19. The Premium Item(s) under the Campaign does/do not include any accessories or items shown in any advertisements and/or promotional materials as they are for illustrative purpose only. 20. Withdrawal of Minimum Deposit Amount in Participating Account(s) prior to the expiry of the Earmark Period: In the event that the Eligible Customer(s) partially or fully withdraws the Minimum Deposit Amount in the Participating Account(s) prior to the expiry of the Earmark Period, the Eligible Customer(s) will be required to pay CIMB the Premium Item(s) Value received as illustrated in Table 3 pursuant to the signed Declaration and Authorization Form referred to in clauses 10(c) and 11(b) above. Notwithstanding the above, CIMB Islamic Bank at its discretion may grant the Eligible Customer(s) a rebate (Ibra ) either partial or full, upon expiry of the six (6) months Earmark Period. 21. Withdrawal of any deposit from the Participating Account(s) for the purpose of this Campaign can only be made at a CIMB branch. 22. Images of the Premium Item(s) shown in any marketing and/or advertisement collateral are for visual purposes only and the colour/ design may vary from the actual Premium Item(s) received. The Eligible Customer(s) are not allowed to choose or change the colour or model of the Premium Item(s). 23. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIMB expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties or endorsement, implied or express, written or oral, of all Premium Item(s) and will not assume any responsibility for the Premium Item(s) offered under this Campaign. CIMB will not entertain any complaint whatsoever in connection with the Premium Item(s). 24. The Premium Item(s) are offered and/or provided solely by the relevant vendors/ providers, under such terms and conditions as determined by such vendors/providers and CIMB accepts no liability (including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third party) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise in connection with the Premium Item(s), even if CIMB have been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded. 25. By acceptance or receipt of the Premium Item(s), the Eligible Customer(s) agrees to hold harmless CIMB and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claim, action, proceeding, judgment, damage, loss, expense or liability suffered by CIMB and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents in connection with such Eligible Customer(s) participation in the Campaign or receipt, redemption or use of the Premium Item(s). All risks, loss or damage associated with the use of the Premium Item(s) shall be assumed by the Eligible Customer(s). 26. CIMB will not entertain any complaint(s) whatsoever in connection with the Premium Item(s). The Premium Item(s) have not been certified by CIMB and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any Premium Item(s) in this Campaign be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of the Premium Item(s) by CIMB. CIMB s liability with regards to the Premium Item(s) is only to pay for the price of the same to the vendors/providers. 27. CIMB accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Premium Item(s) or the use thereof. Any tax filing obligation or any tax payment due to any authority as a result of receipt of the Premium Item(s) remains the sole responsibility of the Eligible Customer(s). It is the responsibility of each Eligible Customer to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on his/her own financial situation. 4

Delivery of Premium Item(s) 28. The Premium Item(s) will be delivered to the Eligible Customer(s) mailing address in CIMB s records within 10 to 12 weeks after the end of each campaign month as illustrated in Table 4. Eligible Customer(s) shall be responsible to ensure that their telephone numbers and/or email address and/or mailing address provided are current and updated with CIMB. The notification and/or delivery of the Premium Item(s) by CIMB will be based on each Eligible Customer(s) telephone number and mailing address in Malaysia maintained with CIMB. The delivery of the Premium Item(s) is only valid for mailing addresses that are based within Malaysia, and will not be valid for P.O. Box address and mailing address that is based outside Malaysia. Eligible Customer(s) with P.O. Box address and mailing address that are based outside Malaysia will need to provide a non P.O. Box address, mailing address that is based in Malaysia, or collect the Premium Item(s) from a CIMB branch. For Eligible Customer(s) who do not have a mailing address in Malaysia, the Eligible Customer(s) who are entitled to the Premium Item(s) must contact CIMB Customer Service officer at telephone number 03-6204 7788 to notify CIMB of either the collection of the Premium Item(s) from a CIMB branch or the delivery of the Premium Item(s) to a given mailing address in Malaysia. CIMB shall not be responsible to the Eligible Customer(s) for any loss (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss flowing there from) suffered or for any failure to fulfil the delivery of the Premium Item(s) in the event the Eligible Customer(s) telephone number and/or mailing address in CIMB s record is not current or correct. 30. Any Premium Item(s) not claimed by the Premium Item(s) Forfeit Date as stated in Table 5, shall be forfeited. Eligible Customer(s) whose Premium Item(s) has been forfeited are not entitled to any payment or compensation regardless of the reason for not claiming the Premium Item(s). The fulfillment and delivery of the Premium Item(s) is/are handled by Tri E Marketing Sdn Bhd (825150- M) with its registered address at A-5-35 IOI Boulevard, Jalan Kenari 5, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47170 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customer(s) agrees and consents to their personal information including but not limited to name(s), contact number(s), mailing address(es), and the last 4 digits of their identification card number being forwarded to Tri E Marketing Sdn Bhd for the purpose of delivering the Premium Item(s). 32. Upon receipt of the Premium Item(s), the Eligible Customer(s) shall check and determine the quality, merchantability and/or suitability of the use of the Premium Item(s). The Eligible Customer(s) shall deal directly with Tri E Marketing for any Premium Item(s) that is to be replaced due to loss or defect. Should 5

there be any wrong delivery or damage to the Premium Item(s), the Eligible Customer(s) shall lodge a complaint with Tri E Marketing @ 03-80761313 or email to info@tri-e.com.my within 48 hours from receipt of the Premium Item(s). The Eligible Customer(s) should retain the delivery order for reference purpose. 33. The Eligible Customer(s) shall contact Tri E Marketing via the contact number or email address as stated under Clause 32 on any queries pertaining to the delivery of the Premium Item(s). General Terms and Conditions 34. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customer(s) are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as consented to CIMB processing and disclosing their personal data in accordance with the CIMB Group Privacy Notice which can be found at www.cimbbank.com.my and www.cimbislamic.com and agree that all decisions fairly and reasonably made by CIMB in relation to every aspect of this Campaign, including the Premium Item(s) to be given away, shall be final, binding and conclusive. 35. The Eligible Customer(s) Participating Account (i) MUST not be in breach of the terms and conditions governing the Partipating Account AND (ii) MUST not be terminated or closed or be made subject to any attachment, adverse orders made by the Court or any authorities sanctioned by laws, delinquent, and/ or be invalid or cancelled as determined by CIMB during the Campaign Period and/or before the delivery of the Premium Item(s), otherwise the Eligible Customer(s) will be disqualified from participating in this Campaign and/or the Premium Item(s) will be forfeited. 36. CIMB reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Eligible Customer(s) that it determines to be tampering with the entry process, or to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions. 37. CIMB reserves the right to substitute the Premium Item(s) with other item(s) of similar cost and/or to extend, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign by giving fourteen (14) calendar days prior notice to the Eligible Customer(s). For the avoidance of doubt, any extension, shortening, discontinuance, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Campaign by CIMB shall not entitle any of the Eligible Customer(s) or any other persons whosoever to any claim or compensation against CIMB for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Customer(s) as a direct or indirect result of the act of extension, shortening, discontinuance, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Campaign. 38. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customer(s) hereby agree that CIMB shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable or held responsible to the Eligible Customer(s) if CIMB is unable to perform in whole or in part of any of its obligations herein, attributable directly or indirectly to the failure of any mechanical or electronic device, data processing system, transmission line, electrical failure, industrial dispute, war, strike, riot, any act of God beyond CIMB's control or due to any factor in a nature of a force majeure which is beyond CIMB s reasonable control. 39. CIMB shall not be liable to any Eligible Customer(s) or any party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered (including but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party) howsoever arising, in relation to the participation or non-participation in this Campaign including arising from any non-receipt or delayed receipt by the Eligible Customer(s) of the Short Message Service ( SMS ) unless the same shall arise from and are caused directly by CIMB s gross negligence or wilful default. 40. CIMB reserves the right upon giving prior notice of twenty one (21) calendar days to vary (whether by addition, deletion, modification, amendment or otherwise howsoever) ( Amendment ) any of the Terms and Conditions herein. Notification to Eligible Customer(s) in respect of the Amendment shall be effected 6

at CIMB s absolute discretion through any one of the following means of communication, namely, via electronic communication display at CIMB s website and CIMB s branches or CIMB s Currency Exchange counters where detail provisions regarding the Amendment may be provided in the notice itself or may be provided to the Eligible Customer(s) upon request; or by effecting an advertisement regarding the Amendment in one newspaper of CIMB s choice or by any other means of notification which CIMB may select and the Amendment shall be deemed as binding on the Eligible Customer(s) as from the date of notification of the Amendment or from such other date as may be specified by CIMB in the notification. Eligible Customer(s) acknowledge and agree to access CIMB s website at regular intervals to view the terms and conditions of the Campaign and to ensure that they are kept up-to date with any changes or variations to these terms and conditions. 41. No compensation in cash or any kind shall be given to the Eligible Customer(s) for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Customer(s) as a direct or an indirect result of the Amendment of the Terms and Conditions herein. 42. These Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time pursuant to Clause 40) shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising this Campaign. These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the prevailing terms and conditions of the Participating Account which shall apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions herein. 43. These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the application of any prevailing laws, guidelines, directives, notices, regulations enacted and/or any other written laws or which are issued by Bank Negara Malaysia or any other body having supervisory authority over CIMB in relation to or which are applicable to the Campaign or any matters herein. 44. If there is any inconsistency (ies), conflict(s), ambiguity (ies) or discrepancy (ies) between the Bahasa Malaysia and English version of these Terms and Conditions herein, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, where request had been made by the Eligible Customer(s) and noted and acknowledged by CIMB in its records that the Bahasa Malaysia version of the terms and conditions has been selected by the Eligible Customer(s) to govern the operation of the Eligible Customers Participating Account, then the Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 45.
