WHEREAS, Prospect Meadows, Inc. has requested permission to renew its sublease on any or all of the subject property for crop and/or pasture ground to make the best use of the ground until such time as construction of the Facility begins. DCAT4-15-048 Third Amendment to the Linn County Decat Board Management Services Contract This Amendment to Contract Number DCAT4-15-048 is effective as of July 1, 2016, between the Iowa Department of Human Services (Agency) and Linn County Board of s (Contractor).
