Marketing strategy for Orléans For Your Business magazine
OBJ content marketing strategy o Marketing is more complex o That s true because of proliferation of social media and technology o It means people consume content on smart phones and tablets and spend hours on Facebook and Linkedin o That s why Orleans For Your Business magazine will be promoted through a multi-channel program
Deep dive into the campaign Magazine o Magazine component completed (as 56-page magazine, not 48) o Distribution of all printed copies by March 9th Videos o Six 15-30 second videos will be shot between 500-800 pm on Monday, March 6th o These videos will be posted to OBJ s Youtube channel as a playlist and then shared on three OBJ social media channels, meaning Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin o Each social media post with video will include a link OCC website, where digital magazine is embedded
Deep dive into the campaign Newspaper & Digital Edition o OBJ newspaper: ¼ print ad will appear in OBJ print issues on March 13, March 27, April 10, April 24, May 8, May 22, June 5 o OBJ digital issue: ¼ page digital ad will appear in OBJ digital issues on March 13, March 27, April 10, April 24, May 8, May 22, June 5 Social Media o Social Media: 40 social media posts will be written by OBJ based on magazine content and shared across OBJ three social media channels (Twitter, Linkedin and Facebook); each post will be sponsored by a particular advertiser (client that purchased a ⅓ ad size or larger)
Deep dive into the campaign Website: OBJ.ca o OBJ.ca: A story will be posted on obj.ca promoting the benefits of Orleans and driving readers to the OCC website o OBJ.ca: Web box will run in rotation for eight weeks directing prospects to digital magazine (March 13, March 20, March 27, April 3, April 10, April 17, May 15, May 22) Email Newsletter: OBJToday o OBJToday email newsletter: Web box will run for eight weeks directed at 10,000 subscribers (March 20, March 27, April 10, April 17, April 24, May 1, May 8, May 15, May 22) o OCC Channels: OBJ will share all social media posts with OCC so that they can release this information on all of their channels

Pat Durant "Power Tools and Polish"
Biography From the East Coast of Canada, Pat Durant spent 25 years as a Psychotherapist before changing professions to become a Realtor, and moving to Canada s Capital City in 2010. As a Psychotherapist, she had a successful private counselling practice, worked for the Provincial government for 5 years as a Career Consultant, Trained many of the Provinces Case Workers in Counselling, ran multiple groups on various counselling topics, and held national contracts for Employee Assistance Programs. In Nova Scotia, she was an award winning Realtor with Century 21 and now is happily part of the ranks at Re/Max Hallmark Realty Group, where her passion for helping others meet their dreams through Real Estate, is evident in her success there!
Biography (continued) Public Speaking has always been a passion for Pat. From the time she was a small child, she kept finding herself on stage for one reason or another. After moving to Ottawa, she took a course from the CLC Ottawa (Christopher Leadership Course Ottawa), so she could meet some people doing something she loved, and learn more new skills. They invited her to become an Instructor. A year later, she became Registrar for the organization in Ottawa, then Vice-Chair, and now is Chair. She also worked for a year on the National Lumen Board, the parent group of the CLC courses across the Country. She actively teaches public speaking for one or two full courses a year.
