B. Treasurer s Report 1. For your information, the financial report is included on pages labeled (FINSUM). 2. It is recommended the Board approve the investment report for the month of December 2017, which follows the financial report. 3. The monthly reconciliation follows the investment report. 4. The three-year financial reports, for fiscal year and calendar year, are also enclosed. The revenue and expenditure charts are enclosed in color: fiscal year revenue by month; fiscal year expenditures by month; fiscal year and calendar year comparison. 5. Other: a. Approve maternity leave for Jessica Witulski, HS/JH Vocal Music teacher, from approximately March 10 through May 1, 2018, using accumulated personal and sick days b. 2 B. Classified Personnel 1. Resignation It is recommended the Board of Education accept the resignation of Mary Meek, bus driver, effective December 19, 2017. Employment It is recommended the Board of Education issue supplemental contracts effective the 2017-2018 school year to the following individuals: Chuck Cox Freshman Basketball (Boys ) $2,637.99 (prorated) MOTION: I move that the Rossford Board of Education approve supplemental contracts effective the 2017-2018 school year, as presented under Exhibit 8- C-1.

6 E. Resolution to Implement the Rahmberg, Stover and Associates Study It is recommended the Board of Education adopt the Resolution to Implement the Rahmberg, Stover and Associates Study. MOTION: I move that the Rossford Board of Education adopt the Resolution to Implement the Rahmberg, Stover and Associates Study, as presented under Exhibit 8-E.

7 F. Exempt Administrative Employees Negotiated Agreement It is recommended the Board of Education approve the revisions to the Exempt Administrative Employees Negotiated Agreement. MOTION: I move that the Rossford Board of Education approve the revisions to the Exempt Administrative Employees Negotiated Agreement, as presented under Exhibit 8-F.

Work Leads to Independence (Wli) Agreement It is recommended the Board of Education enter into an agreement with Work Leads to Independence (Wli) for scanning services to digitize student records. MOTION: I move that the Rossford Board of Education approve the agreement with Work Leads to Independence (Wli) for scanning services to digitize student records, as presented under Exhibit 8-G.

9 H. Ohio Education Policy Institute (OEPI) Membership It is recommended the Board of Education approve the district s 2018 membership with the Ohio Education Policy Institute (OEPI). MOTION: I move that the Rossford Board of Education approve the district s 2018 membership with the Ohio Education Policy Institute (OEPI), as presented under Exhibit 8-H.

10 I. Wood County Economic Development Commission Membership It is recommended the Board of Education approve the district s 2018 membership with the Wood County Economic Development Commission. Wood County Educational Service Center Agreement It is recommended the Board of Education enter into an agreement with the Wood County Educational Service Center for MD Tutor services effective the 2017-2018 school year. MOTION: I move that the Rossford Board of Education approve the agreement with the Wood County Educational Service Center for MD Tutor services effective the 2017-2018 school year, as presented under Exhibit 8-J.

12 K. School Bus Purchase It is recommended the Board of Education approve the purchase of one (1) 72-passenger conventional style bus for pupil transportation from Cardinal Bus Sales. Educational Service Center of Lake Erie West Agreement It is recommended the Board of Education approve the revisions to the agreement with the Educational Service Center of Lake Erie West for the services of Jason Smith, Director of Curriculum, Testing, and Intervention effective January 1, 2018.
