CFRW BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING Registration Packet April 29, 2016 Burlingame, CA

CALL to CFRW Board of Directors Meeting/ CRP Caucus April 29, 2016, Burlingame, before the CRP Convention CFRW Article VIII-Board of Directors, Section 1. The CFRW Board of Directors shall consist of all elected and appointed officers, the Chairman of Standing Committees, the President of each Division and the Immediate Past President. Section 2. Three (3) meetings of the CFRW Board of Directors shall be held during the year, unless an emergency situation arises. The location of the meetings shall alternate among the divisions unless otherwise ordered by the Board in a regular meeting, or by order of the President. Section 6, One-Third (1/3) of the CFRW Board of Directors, providing three (3) of them are elected officers shall constitute a quorum. At the last CFRW Board of Directors meeting, at Rancho Cordova, Sacramento, on February 26-28, 2016, a motion was made and passed that for One time only we would suspend the rule that the call must be mailed 60 days prior to the meeting. (Rationale) The Call to meet at Burlingame should have been mailed on February 29, one day after the Board of Directors meeting and there was not enough time to do this) If we meet at the CRP convention, we would eliminate the cost of registration, meals, and rooms. So we have elected to do this. If you are a member of CRP it should be no problem. If you are NOT a member of CRP you can still come at the following times and then leave.
