The Board further resolves to replace the prior 2014/2019 contract with a five year contract of employment for David Healy, effective for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022 (attached), upon approval by the County Executive Superintendent in accordance with N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-3.1. 18.
