EMERGENCY SERVICES To approve a memorandum of understanding with the City of Sarasota for the temporary use of office space in Fire Station #2 in the event of an evacuation of Police Department Headquarters.

To approve a term contract with DRC Emergency Services, LLC, for disaster recovery base camp and field catering services in support of disaster response operations, for a five-year period. 8. GENERAL SERVICES To approve a contract with Crazy Horse Enterprises, Inc., dba Vic s Painting & Reconstruction, for waterproofing and painting of the Sarasota County Jail, in an amount not to exceed $831,400.00. 9. OFFICE OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT To appoint Shelli Freeland Eddie to serve a four-year term on the Tourist Development Council as the City of Sarasota representative, effective through December 2022. 10. OFFICE OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT To approve a voluntary collection agreement with HomeAway.Com, Inc. and the Sarasota County Tax Collector for the collection of tourist development tax for short-term rentals. 11. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES To appoint Beverly Hine to serve a three-year term on the Citizen s Oversight Committee for School Facility Planning as the representative for unincorporated Sarasota County, effective through February 2022. 12. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES A. To approve an amendment to the Federal Fiscal Year 2012 Action Plan, to delete the activity, North Port Utility Connection Program ; B. To approve an amendment to the Federal Fiscal Year 2012 Action Plan to add a new activity, Improvements at the Garden of Five Senses, in the amount of $100,000.00; C. To approve an amendment to the Federal Fiscal Year 2013 Action Plan, to delete the activity, North Port Exterior Façade Program ; D. To approve an amendment to the Federal Fiscal Year 2013 Action Plan, to delete the activity, Job Training Program"; E. To approve an amendment to the Federal Fiscal Year 2013 Action Plan, to add a new activity, Improvements at the Garden of the Five Senses, in the amount of $250,000.00; F. To approve a subrecipient agreement with the City of North Port for improvements to the Garden of the Five Senses Park, in the amount of $350,000.00. 13. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES A. To approve a subrecipient agreement with the City of Sarasota for the Myrtle Street Improvement Project, in the amount of $631,513.00; B. To adopt a resolution, Budget Amendment No. B2019-018, amending the Fiscal Year 2019 Budget to appropriate City of Sarasota Community Development Block Grant funds to Capital Improvement Program Project No. 95871 (Myrtle Street Phase II), in the amount of $631,513.00;

To authorize the advertisement of an amendment to the Federal Fiscal Years 2016 and 2017 Action Plan to delete the activity, Permanent Supportive Housing, to establish a new funding activity, and to reallocate $1,109,401.00 to the Myrtle Street Improvement Project. 14. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES To approve continuing professional consulting services agreements for coastal engineering and planning services, for a five-year period, with the following vendors: a. Humiston & Moore Engineers, P.A. b. Taylor Engineering, Inc. c. Coastal Engineering Consultants, Inc. d. Aptim Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc. e. Applied Technology and Management, Inc. 15. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES To adopt a resolution declaring certain County-owned parcels as surplus property, pursuant to the Sarasota County Surplus Lands Code. 16. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES To adopt a resolution approving Special Exception Petition No. 1773 to allow a community service facility for property located on the northwest corner of Beneva Road and Hacienda Street, Sarasota. 17. PUBLIC UTILITIES To approve Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. SI1756 with Waste Connections of Florida, Inc. for County facility recycling services, revising the term to a six-month period and increasing the total not-to-exceed amount from $50,000.00 to $150,000.00. 18. PUBLIC WORKS To appoint Kelley Ayers to serve a three-year term on the Waterways Advisory Council, effective through February 2022. 19. PUBLIC WORKS To approve a construction contract with MSB Services, LLC, for improvements to three intersections (Webber Street at Beneva Road, Ashton Road at Swift Road, and Tuttle Avenue at Windmill Boulevard, Sarasota), in an amount not to exceed $819,500.00. 20. PUBLIC WORKS A. To approve an interlocal agreement with the City of Venice for the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) joint water quality monitoring, for a 10-year period; B. To approve an interlocal agreement with the Town of Longboat Key for the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) joint water quality monitoring, for a 10-year period; C. To approve an interlocal agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation District One for the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) joint water quality monitoring, for a 10-year period. 21. PUBLIC WORKS A. To approve a cooperative funding agreement with the Southwest Florida Water Management District for the Sarasota Bay Watershed Management Plan Best Management Practice Analysis (N991), in the amount of $600,000.00; B. To adopt a resolution, Budget Amendment No. B2019-013, amending the Fiscal Year 2019 Budget to appropriate funding for the Southwest Florida Water Management District Sarasota Bay Watershed Management Plan Best Management Practice Analysis (N991), in the amount of $300,000.00.

To adopt a resolution authorizing execution of an emergency local government emergency relief reimbursement agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation, to provide reimbursement for emergency repairs to Manasota Key Road as a result of Hurricane Irma; B. To approve an emergency local government emergency relief reimbursement agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation, to provide reimbursement for emergency repairs to Manasota Key Road as a result of Hurricane Irma. 24. PUBLIC WORKS A. To approve a locally funded agreement with the City of North Port to provide funding for capacity-adding improvements to River Road, from U.S. 41 to West Villages Parkway, in the amount of $6,000,000.00; B. To adopt a resolution, Budget Amendment No. B2019-020, amending the Fiscal Year 2019 Budget to appropriate funding from a locally funded agreement with the City of North Port for improvements to River Road, in the amount of $2,000,000.00. 25. CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND COUNTY COMPTROLLER To ratify and approve the warrants dated January 21 through February 1, 2019, in the amount of $28,980,639.84, as detailed in the voucher packages filed in the Finance Department. 26.
