Page 2 Wolf enews Watch for the Coffee Wolf Beginning Wednesday, Westside staff members may opt for a workday caffeine fix from the Westside Coffee Wolf! Special Education students in Ms. McClintock s Structured Learning Center (SLC) program will launch their new roving coffee cart business by offering free coffee for the first week. Once they perfect their skills as Wolf baristas, donations of $1-2 per cup will be appreciated. All aspects of the business will be run by the students, including keeping up with inventory, processing online orders, and preparing and delivering coffee. Proceeds go towards funding and supplying the coffee cart. The goal of the Westside Coffee Wolf is to develop students vocational and social skills. Similar Special Ed coffee cart businesses have become popular in schools around the country and give students an opportunity to learn new skills in a familiar environment.
