This request is recommended by the planning staff and was recommended 8-1 by the Planning Commission. 2. Public hearing regarding not to exceed $3,000,000.00 public finance Authority Revenue Bonds (RHCSC the Gardens of Rome Project). X. RESOLUTIONS 1. Adopt a resolution authorizing the public finance authority to issue bonds to finance facilities located in Floyd County, Georgia known as the Gardens of Rome. 2. page 5 XVI. NEW BUSINESS 1. Approve the request by the Floyd County Prison Warden to authorize the purchase of an additional vehicle for the newly created detail sergeant position. The estimated cost is $5,000.00-$15,000.00 depending on GSA/Federal Surplus inventory. Funds needed for this purchase have already been secured and will be issued by the Prison. 2. Approve a wholesale water purchase agreement with the City of Rome for a $1.39 price per gallon through December 31, 2019 based on action at last Rome-Floyd Joint Services Committee meeting with plan on moving forward with a new water and sewer agreement for 2020. 3. Accept bid from Willow Construction, Inc. for modifications to Woodward Creek Intake. 4. Accept recommendation from the Airport Commission to approve the submission of a proposal for hosting an AOPA Fly-In in 2020. XVII. OTHER BUSINESS XVIII. ADJOURN
