This request is recommended by the planning staff and was recommended 8-1 by the Planning Commission. 2. Public hearing regarding not to exceed $3,000,000.00 public finance Authority Revenue Bonds (RHCSC the Gardens of Rome Project). X. RESOLUTIONS 1. Adopt a resolution authorizing the public finance authority to issue bonds to finance facilities located in Floyd County, Georgia known as the Gardens of Rome. 2. The application is paid in full and has been approved by Floyd County Police, Tax Commissioner, Rome-Floyd Fire Marshall, and the Rome-Floyd Building Inspector. 4. Approve a beer and wine license and self-service license renewal for Valero Food Mart located at 3110 Maple Road, Rome, Georgia. The application is paid in full and has been approved by Floyd County Police, Tax Commissioner, Rome-Floyd Fire Marshall, and the Rome-Floyd Building Inspector. 5. Approve a beer and wine license and self-service license renewal for Jalarum Rome, Inc. located 3264 Foster Mill Road, Rome, Georgia. The application is paid in full and has been approved by Floyd County Police, Tax Commissioner, Rome-Floyd Fire Marshall, and the Rome-Floyd Building Inspector. 6. Approve the surplus and transfer of a Quit-Claim Deed for property designated as Tax Parcel H131-139A, lying and being in Land Lots 160 and 165 in the 4 th Land District and 4 th Section of Floyd County, Georgia, being part of Lot 1, show in Plat Book 1, Page 26, and part of Lot 1, shown in Plat Book 33, Page 162, Burnett Ferry Road Subdivision, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, described in Deed Book 2225, Page 1042, known as Nanellen Road to the Rome-Floyd Land Bank Authority. 7. Approve request from Chief Tax Appraiser to increase the term years for the Board of Assessors. 8. Lavender Mountain Bond Issue Acknowledgement. (REMOVED FROM THE AGENDA WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA AND WAS CONSOLIDATED INTO ITEM #2 UNDER RESOLUTIONS) 9. Accept one (1) 2011 Crown Vehicle with approximately 146,000 miles from Gordon County for Sheriff s Office. XV. OLD BUSINESS

page 5 XVI. NEW BUSINESS 1. Approve the request by the Floyd County Prison Warden to authorize the purchase of an additional vehicle for the newly created detail sergeant position. The estimated cost is $5,000.00-$15,000.00 depending on GSA/Federal Surplus inventory. Funds needed for this purchase have already been secured and will be issued by the Prison. 2. Approve a wholesale water purchase agreement with the City of Rome for a $1.39 price per gallon through December 31, 2019 based on action at last Rome-Floyd Joint Services Committee meeting with plan on moving forward with a new water and sewer agreement for 2020. 3. Accept bid from Willow Construction, Inc. for modifications to Woodward Creek Intake. 4. Accept recommendation from the Airport Commission to approve the submission of a proposal for hosting an AOPA Fly-In in 2020. XVII. OTHER BUSINESS XVIII. ADJOURN
