(2) A reference in any such statutory provision to the Executive Council shall be deemed to be a reference to the Cabinet. (3) A reference in any such statutory provision to an Order-in- Council shall be deemed to be a reference to an Order. Construction of documents 3 Any term of a deed, agreement or other instrument executed before 18 April 1973 which (a) requires or authorises anything to be done by; (b) confers any right or imposes any duty on; or (c) requires or authorises any notice or document to be given to or served on, the holder of an office specified in the head 1 of the Second Schedule, whether such office is referred to in such deed, agreement or other instrument in the form so specified or in other terms referring to the same office, shall have effect as if the term referred to the holder of the office specified in respect of such first-mentioned office in head 2 of the Second Schedule.
