Brian Bailey, SES Music Specialist, requests that the Sistersville Elementary School Choir be permitted to perform at the Witscheys Farmer s Market on September 6, 2014. 2. Other Requests: a. Marjorie Wilcox requests that her son, Jason Wilcox, be released from Tyler County Schools for the 2014-15 school year, pending approval from Wetzel County Board of Education. b. Kenny Livingston requests that his children, Alexis and Kenzie Livingston, be released from Tyler County Schools for the 2014-15 school year, pending approval from Frontier Local Schools in Ohio. c. Cathy Hinkle requests that her son, Matthew Lohr, be permitted to cross county lines to attend Tyler County Schools for the 2014-15 school year, pending approval from Wetzel County Board of Education. d. Pamela Tarnecki requests permission to use the Sistersville Elementary School gymnasium and cafeteria two days per month from September through May in order to hold Girl Scout and Brownie meetings. e. Luke Reynolds, Tyler Consolidated High School Head Cross Country Coach, requests that the following board employees be approved as drivers for the cross country teams: Luke Reynolds, Brenna Hagerty, Jami Nelson, Tomela Paden and Linda Duncan. f. James and Jennifer Shinn request that their son, Riddock Shinn, be released from Tyler County Schools for the 2014-15 school year, pending approval from Wetzel County Board of Education. g. Matthew Jennings, AIB Music Specialist, requests that the following individuals be permitted to serve as chaperones for the Bobcat Choir trips: Daphne Nash, Kelly Cecil, Tamara Conrad, Brian Ebert, Amanda Ebert, Kelly Fletcher, Tammy Shepherd, Margie Shepherd, Toni VanCamp, and Samantha Lemasters.

Doug Long requests permission to use the softball field for skill building practices with dates to be determined. j. Tomela Knisely requests that her son, Julian Lashbrook, be permitted to cross county lines to attend Tyler County Schools for the 2014-15 school year, pending approval from Wetzel County Board of Education. Employments or Transfers: a. Transfer Kenny Paden, Bus Operator, from Bus Route #9 to Bus Route #24, effective 9/3/14 b. Employ Alisha Craven, Substitute Aide, Temporary Aide III and Transportation Aide to fill a vacant temporary position resulting from an approved leave of absence per 18A-4-15 retroactive to August 14, 2014 c.
