The City Council also adopted Resolution No. 18-4399 requesting San Joaquin County Registrar of Voters to conduct a Consolidated General Municipal Election on behalf of City, along with Statewide General Election to be held on date pursuant to 10403 of Elections Code, November 6, 2018. Section 4 of attached Resolution declares Sonny Dhaliwal, Paul Akinjo, Diane Lazard, Jennifer Torres- O' Callaghan as cidates elected to office. The City Clerk shall enter on records of City Council of City a statement of result of election, showing: ( 1) 2) whole number of votes ( ballots) cast in City; ( names of persons voted for; ( 3) for what office each person was voted for; ( 4) number of votes given at each precinct to each person; ( 5) total number of votes given to each person. Said information is set forth in this Resolution documentation attached hereto by reference. Section 6. That City Clerk shall immediately make deliver to each of persons so elected a Certificate of Election signed by City Clerk aunticated; that City Clerk shall also administer to each person elected Oath of Office prescribed in Constitution of State of California shall have m subscribe to it file it in office of City Clerk.
