The tenth Meeting (3/2013 series) of the Approval Committee of Infosys Ltd.IT/ITES SEZ, Bantwal Taluk, Dakshina Kannada District, Karnataka State, constituted under Section 13 of Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, was held on 18.09.2013 at 11.30 a.m. in the Conference Room of Cochin Special Economic Zone, SEZ Bhavan, Bangalore. No. 1 Approval Application of M/s Infosys Limited, IT/ITES SEZ, Mangalore (Developer) for approval for construction New building and for procurement of balance materials required for the construction of food court Date of issue of Letter of Approval/ other letter 19.03.2013 C. Consideration of applications:- 3.A Review of the Annual Performance Report of Infosys Ltd, IT/ITES SEZ, Mangalore units as for the financial year 2011-2012 and 2012-13 The Chairperson informed the Approval Committee members there was one unit viz. Infosys Ltd, Unit I, who had completed one year of operation as on 31.03.2012. The performance of the Unit was evaluated on the basis of Annual Performance Report submitted by them for the period 31 st March, 2012 and 31 st March 2013. Decision of the Committee: The performance of Infosys Ltd, Unit I ( for the financial year 2011-2012 and 2012-13), who had completed one of operation asa on 31.03.2012,was reviewed by the Approval Committee of Infosys Ltd, IT/ITES SEZ, Mangalore.
