SOUTH FORK UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT REGULAR BOARD MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES Thursday, April 10, 2014, 6:30 p.m. (Closed Session 6:00 p.m.) South Fork Middle School Cafetorium, 5225 Kelso Valley Road, Weldon, Ca. 93283 Closed Session will be held in the Conference Room of the Cafetorium at the same address. Any materials required by law to be made available to the public prior to a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the District can be inspected at the following address during normal business hours: 5225 Kelso Valley Road, Weldon, CA 93283. Note: South Fork Union School District Board meetings protect the rights of the Americans with Disabilities Act and are accessible to persons with disabilities and upon request will provide disability related accommodations or modifications, such as auxiliary aids and services. In order to efficiently manage the business of the Board, the Board President may limit the amount of time allocated for public testimony for each individual speaker to 3 minutes, and limit the total time allocated on a particular issue to 20 minutes, pursuant to Board policy. The county will hold their award ceremony at Bakersfield Museum of Art Garden located at 1930 R Street, Bakersfield, California on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 4:30 p.m. A luncheon will be held at Sierra Vista Restaurant on April 11, 2014, at 1:45 p.m. The District will celebrate teacher of the year and Years of Service on May 8, 2014 with Bell Awards. H. SOUTH FORK UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT EMPLOYEES OF THE YEAR INFORMATION The district would like to honor Beth Gagnon and DeeAnn Behm as the 2013-2014 District Employees of the Year. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT AGREEMENT FOR JOINT ACTION ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES WITH SOUTH FORK USD-CBO Recommendation is submitted to approve the amendment agreement for joint administrative services (CBO Services) with Kernville USD, effective July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015, personnel costs paid by Kernville USD to be determined by ADA percentage.
