Schmertmann to bring with him to the oral deposition all documents which support his testimony. 4. Plaintiffs have tendered an are hereby directed to pay a reasonable sum for the deposition testimony of John H. Schmertmann, which reasonable sum is hereby fixed at the rate of $100.00 per hour plus 25 cents per mile for travel to and from place of deposition. john H.
