District, Chatham County, Georgia" dated June 24, 2013. I have enclosed a certified copy of the ordinance and a copy of the survey for your reference. Note that only the 102.3 acres as shown on this boundary plat are included in the annexation. The City intends to add all the annexed area to maps provided by the United States Bureau of the Census during their next regularly scheduled boundary and annexation survey of the City. AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF SAVANNAH PROPERTY LYING CONTIGUOUS TO THE EXISTING CORPORATE LIMITS AND BEING THE TERRITORY DESCRIBED IN THE SURVEY ENTITLED "A PLAT OF LOTS 12, 20 & 21 AND A PORTION OF LOTS 13 AND 19, ULMER'S SUBDIVISION OF THE LANCASTER TRACT, 7TH G.M. DISTRICT, CHATHAM COUNTY, GEORGIA" PREPARED BY MORGAN LAND SURVEYING, LLC, DATED JUNE, 24, 2013; TO REPEAL ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
