Adjudging and determining that Defendants and all persons claiming under or through them, or either of them or any of them subsequent to the filing of the Notice of Pendency in this action in the OfÍice of the Clerk of the County of Kings in which the subject premises is situated, and every person whose conveyance or encumbrance is subsequent or subsequently recorded, filed, or docketed, be forever barred and foreclosed of all right, claim, lien, and equity of redemption or other interest in the subject premises or any part thereof; F.
