Hsiawen Hull from Computer Support Services would like to discuss and elicit feedback from ASG about possible options for future print cards/machines. DATE: 2/13/2019 AGENDA SECTION: ITEM NUMBER: 3.2 AGENDA ITEM TITLE: Approval of Funds for Cafeteria Survey BACKGROUND: The COC cafeteria has recently increased food prices and implemented a 45 cent charge for credit card purchases under $5. A more creative, concise term for this behavior would be disgusting. In order to get an adequate sample of students to complete a survey about cafeteria services, Costco pizza is required. It will be a great chance for students to check out the various clubs COC has on campus. I am requesting the approval of funds for the purchase of drinks, games, gift cards and food. It will be a unique opportunity for students to check out the different campus resources and local businesses in SCV. These funds will be used for the purchase of food, EZ-UPs and tables/chairs. DATE: 02/20/2019 AGENDA SECTION: Agenda Item NUMBER: 3.5 AGENDA ITEM TITLE: Career Central Open House Background: ASG with the Career Center will be hosting their Open House during Spring 2019 on Tuesday, March 12 from 11am-2pm which is triangulated between the East PE building, Security Office, and Hasley Hall. Pizza and drinks will be provided for students once they go inside the Career Central building and go through an orientation to be able to receive a raffle ticket to receive their free food and drink as well as be entered into a raffle to win a free ipad. There will be lawn games provided for students to interact with.
