Williams, with counsel, on or about the 20th day of December, 2012, in the Court of Common Pleas (Juvenile Division), Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Case No. DL 11 113048 having been adjudicated a delinquent child of Robbery & Felonious Assault, in violation of Revised Code Section RC 2911.02 A2 & RC 2903.11 A2 of the State of Ohio that, if committed by an adult, would have been a felony offense of violence.
