Count Five Discharge Of Firearm On Or Near Prohibited Premises - F1 2923.162(A)(3) did discharge a firearm upon or over a public road or highway and the violation caused serious physical harm to a person R.B. 10/07/2009. Count Six Improperly Handling Firearms In A Motor Vehicle - F4 2923.16(B) did knowingly transport or have a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle in such a manner that the firearm is accessible to the operator or any passenger without leaving the vehicle. Count Seven Having Weapons Under Disability - F3 2923.13(A)(2) did knowingly acquire, have, carry, or use any firearm or dangerous ordnance and he has been adjudicated a delinquent child for the commission of an offense, to wit: the said Marlon A Jr Hackett, with counsel, on or about the 18th day of August, 2011, in the Court of Common Pleas (Juvenile Court), Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Case No. DL 11 108637 having been adjudicated a delinquent child of Aggravated Robbery, in violation of Revised Code Section RC 2911.01 A1 of the State of Ohio that, if committed by an adult, would have been a felony offense of violence. Count Eight Having Weapons Under Disability - F3 2923.13(A)(2) Defendants Dontavius D. Williams did knowingly acquire, have, carry, or use any firearm or dangerous ordnance and he has been adjudicated a delinquent child for the commission of an offense, to wit: the said Dontavius D. Williams, with counsel, on or about the 20th day of December, 2012, in the Court of Common Pleas (Juvenile Division), Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Case No. DL 11 113048 having been adjudicated a delinquent child of Robbery & Felonious Assault, in violation of Revised Code Section RC 2911.02 A2 & RC 2903.11 A2 of the State of Ohio that, if committed by an adult, would have been a felony offense of violence.
