I often hear we are in the top 10 in the entire State! At our last Council meeting on March 27th, we welcomed 11 new 1 st degree members to the 10154 family. They are: Charles Boling David Boone James Cambell Brian Danchus Kevin Ellis Aaron Geise Brian Grelle Michael Hampton Larry Nenninger Terry Wing II David Zac As many of you know, our council is also blessed to have our own First Degree team. We invested in the equipment and assembled a team that learned their roles and lines. We then received the certification to conduct official First Degree ceremonies. Not all councils have their own team and we are occasionally requested to visit neighboring councils. Not long ago, we actually were part of creating a new Council at St Josephs in Josephville. Needless to say, being a member of our team is a very rewarding experience. We need backups for several positions if you are interested in being a degree team member, please contact Dan O Connell at ohdoco@gmail.com. Our fish fries are over and I would like to THANK EVERYONE. You men did another fine job of feeding not only our parish, but the community during the Lenten season. Now it is time to switch gears and start preparing for the Ren Fair. Chuck Hunsel (636-639-6549) needs HELP! Every Saturday he will be leading a crew to paint, clean and work on our facilities at the park. Just show up at 9:00 and lend a hand. We will also need leads and pub workers for the Ren Fair event. This begins May 19th and runs for 4 weekends. Contact Paul Arrowwood to volunteer at 314-359 -1419 or paul.arrowood@centurytel.net. We will also need parking lot help. Contact Paul or Chuck for more info on that as well. They cannot do it alone. Respectfully, John (GK)
