Committee members include staff representatives of each city, the county, Caltrans, APCD, and the Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District. Persons may address The Technical Transportation Advisory Committee and Technical Planning Advisory Committee on any matter listed on the agenda by completing and delivering to the Clerk a speaker slip before the item is considered. RINCON MULTI-USE TRAIL PROJECT REQUEST FOR RSTP FUNDING Receive a presentation on additional funding needed for completion of the for revised environmental studies and preliminary engineering for Rincon Multi-Use Trail project and provide a recommendation on use of Regional Surface Transportation Program (RSTP) funding to the SBCAG Board of Directors.
