Resolution providing for the issue of $2,520,000 General Obligation Limited Tax School Bonds, Series 2018, for the purpose of increasing the Working Cash Fund of the District, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, and authorizing the sale of said bonds to Schaumburg Bank & Trust Company, National Association. Andrea Schnorr moved that the Board of Education approve the Resolution providing for the issue of $2,520,000 General Obligation Limited Tax School Bonds, Series 2018, for the purpose of increasing the Working Cash Fund of the District, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, and authorizing the sale of said bonds to Schaumburg Bank & Trust Company, National Association; Sara Bruno seconded.
