Arena Refrigeration System Upgrade Tender (1220-20) Moved by Councillor Gill, seconded by Councillor Fast that, as recommended in Report No. PUR 97-07 dated January 30, from the Purchasing Manager, the tender to upgrade the refrigeration system at M.S.A. Arena be awarded to Mierau Construction Ltd. in the total amount of $380,292, including all taxes.
