Arena Refrigeration System Upgrade Tender (1220-20) Moved by Councillor Gill, seconded by Councillor Fast that, as recommended in Report No. PUR 97-07 dated January 30, from the Purchasing Manager, the tender to upgrade the refrigeration system at M.S.A. Arena be awarded to Mierau Construction Ltd. in the total amount of $380,292, including all taxes. RlOl-97 CARRIED..2 Library Board - Publici Private Partnerships (1440-01) Moved by Councillor Ross, seconded by Councillor Lee, that a resolution be submitted to the 1997 Conference of the Union of British Columbia Municipalities, requesting the Province to grant public libraries the authority to pursue publici private partnerships, in order to generate revenue.
