BOROUGH OF HI-NELLA REGULAR MEETING JUNE 16, 2015 CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hi-Nella was held in the Municipal Building 100 Wykagyl Road, Hi-Nella, New Jersey on the above date at 7:00 PM. Mayor Dobbs called the meeting to order with a salute to the flag. The Municipal Clerk stated that this meeting was advertised and notices posted as per the Sunshine Law. ORDINANCE ORDINANCE #2015:04 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE #4-67 REGULATING THE PRESENCE OF MINORS ON PUBLIC STREETS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES BETWEEN CERTAIN HOURS AT NIGHT WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF HI-NELLA SECTION 1 AND SECTION 3 BE IT ORDAINED by Mayor and Council of the Borough of Hi-Nella. County of Camden, State of New Jersey that the Ordinance #4-67 is amended as follows: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any child under the age of seventeen years to be upon the streets, alleys, roads, parks, gazebo or other public places, or any place of amusement or recreation after the hour of 10:00 PM until 6:00 AM the following morning, unless accompanied by the parent or guardian or other adult person having the care, custody or control of said child. SECTION 3. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to a fine not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). The kit can be bought for a fee of $70.00 to the residents. A representative will be at the July 4 th celebration.
