Notice is hereby given in terms of the provisions of section 29 of the North West Gambling Act, 2001 (Act No. 2 of 2001), as amended ( the Act ), that the North West Gambling Board ( the Board ) received an application for a Certificate of Suitability from Munpanor (Pty) Ltd trading as, Vegas Gaming Group, a company contracted to render the following administration and management services at Eliocube (Pty) Ltd trading as, Vegas Bingo Vryburg and Rustenburg: 1. Munpanor (Pty) Ltd lodged the application in terms of the provisions of section 78 of the North West Gambling Act, which states that The Board may prohibit a licensee from contracting with any supplier for the purchase of goods or services in terms of the Act, including the rental of premises, or with any lender, until such supplier or lender has obtained a certificate of suitability from the Board and paid the expenses of the Board relative thereto.
