res me ssag e.html CHAPTER # 11 WINTER 2017 NEWSLETTER A NOTE FROM OUR PRESIDENT. p Happy Holiday's from the Marklevitz family. It's hard to believe that in just a few weeks it will be 2017. There were a lot of good shows that featured IH this year, I hope you were able to make it to some of them. I am looking forward to the 2017 show season. Our Mini Winter Convention will be at the VFW Hall in Charlotte on Saturday, January 14, 2017. There will be elections for directors and officers. Please consider to get involved and volunteer. Remember, this is your club too!!! There will also be a auction. If you have anything to donate or consign, please contact Louie Weherman or Tom Anderson. Our Spring Plow Day will be held at Scott & Pam Graftema's place in Conklin on Saturday, April 22, 2017. I hope and pray that everything is well in your part of the world. SECRETARY S REPORT IH Chapter 11 Fall Quarterly Membership Meeting September 24, 2016 - Buckley Mi We had 26 members in attendance. The minutes for the meeting on August 13, 2016 - read and approved. The treasurer s report was read and approved. Old Business Randy M. - donated a pedal tractor to Motts Children s Hospital in Ann Arbor Michigan. They said they would be honored to accept it. After the first of the year, Jeff Schuring will be donating the pedal tractor he won at the Caro Show to the club. And in turn the club will donate it to the Renucci House at DeVos Children s Hospital in Grand Rapids. New Business We are going to do an ad in the Show Book for our Summer show in the future. Felix has 2 sizes of calendars for sale and some new hats.
