Mr. Michael Songy, representing CSRS, to present a revised estimate for the Iberia Parish Master Plan. REPORTS (FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION): 1. COUNCIL MEMBER ANNOUNCEMENTS PARISH PRESIDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ORDINANCES/RESOLUTIONS ORDINANCES INTRODUCED FOR PUBLIC HEARING: SUMMARY NO. 4480 (Introduced by Zoning Commission) An Ordinance amending Chapter 24 of the Iberia Parish Compiled Ordinances to clarify the one year reversion clause of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to recently classified industrial property. (REQUEST TO TABLE BY PERMITS, PLANNING & ZONING DIRECTOR UNTIL ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS OBTAINED) SUMMARY NO. 4481 (Introduced by Lloyd Brown, District 4) An Ordinance authorizing the levy of millages for the year 2013, as follows: (a) General Parish Millage (formerly known as the General Alimony Millage), in the rural areas of the Parish only, at the rate of 3.43 mills; (b) Exempted Municipalities Millage (formerly known as the Criminal Tax Millage), in the incorporated areas of the Parish only, at a rate of 1.71 mills; (c) Courthouse and Jail Millage, in the incorporated areas of the Parish only, at a rate of 0.76 mills; (d) Fire Protection District No. 1 Millage, for the rural areas only, at a rate of 6.5 mills; (e) Public Buildings Maintenance Millage, for parishwide property, at a rate of 4.38 mills; (f) Drainage Facilities Millage, for parishwide property, at

SUMMARY NO. 4482 (Introduced by Roger Duncan, District 10) An Ordinance amending Chapter 24 of the Iberia Parish Compiled Ordinances to clarify the one year reversion clause of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to recently classified industrial property. (TO BE DELETED AS THIS IS DUPLICATION OF SUMMARY NO. 4480 ABOVE) RESOLUTIONS INTRODUCED FOR PUBLIC HEARING: SUMMARY NO. 168 (Introduced by Jerome W. Fitch, District 11) A Resolution declaring the 2009 Freight Liner (Engine 101) of the Iberia Parish Fire Protection District No. 1 as surplus property and further authorizing the disposal of said property in accordance with law. SUMMARY NO. 178 (Introduced by Troy Comeaux, District 5 A Resolution amending the 2013 Fund Budget in the amount of $115,000 to provide funding for the preliminary design fees for the Doc Voorhies Wing renovation and addition ($5,000-$8,000) and to provide funding for the brick restoration ($106,150) of the Bayou Teche Museum, with a funding source to be determined during discussion of said item. (Note: $5,722.80 remaining in 2013 budget from roof appropriation) SUMMARY NO. 181 (Introduced by Thomas J. Landry, District 3) A Resolution amending the 2013 Fund Budget in the approximate amount $197,000 to provide funding for the development of the Iberia Parish Master Plan, with a funding source to be determined during discussion of said item. SUMMARY NO. 202 (Introduced by Troy Comeaux, District 5) A Resolution amending the 2013 Economic Development District No. 1 Fund Budget in the amount of $275,000 to provide local matching funds for a Capital Outlay Grant for the Iberia Economic Development Authority s Progress Point Industrial Park Project and further rescinding Resolution No. 2013-180 to delete funding for this project from the 2013 General Fund Budget. SUMMARY NO. 203 (Introduced by Marty Trahan, District 13) A Resolution amending Resolution No. 2012-445 which established the revised house count for the residential solid waste contract and the bulky waste contract to include 58 additional houses, which were inadvertently included in the house count for the Town of Delcambre. SUMMARY NO. 204 (Introduced by Troy Comeaux, District 5) A Resolution amending the 2013 Economic Development District No. 1 Fund Budget in the amount of $70,000 for Freyou, Moore and Associates, Project Engineers, to provide funds for engineering for sewerage in La. 14 area.

SUMMARY NO. 205 (Introduced by Clerk of the Council) A Resolution confirming to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development that Iberia Parish Government agrees with design exceptions for Estis Road Bridge to include a tapered concrete barrier, the lack of 4' shoulders, obtain FAA Permit/Determination if required, and the use of a 35 mph design speed. SUMMARY NO. 206 (Introduced by Legal Counsel A Resolution approving the issuance, sale and delivery of not exceeding Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,500,000) of Fire Protection District No. 1 of the Parish of Iberia, State of Louisiana, and other matters relating thereto. SUMMARY NO. 207 (Introduced by Wayne Romero, District 14) A Resolution amending Resolution No. 2013-144, dated April 10, 2013, which is a Resolution which authorized a drainage easement for Channel L-4F-17, District 14, to revise the easement accepted to include a temporary drainage easement from one property owner for correction of said drainage. SUMMARY NO. 208 (Introduced by Parish President) A Resolution amending the 2013 General Gund Budget in the amount of $34,310 to accept a SHSP Grant - FY2012 for the purchase of radio equipment to be donated to the Iberia Parish Sheriff s Department. SUMMARY NO. 209 (Introduced by Wayne Romero, District 14) A Resolution expressing condolences to the family of Mrs. Jacqueline Jackie Simpson Narulski, wife of Building Maintenance employee Edward Narulski, who passed away on May 13, 2013. SUMMARY NO. 210 (Introduced by Thomas J. Landry, District 3) A Resolution accepting the resignation of Mr. Kenneth Squires as a member of the Iberia Parish Airport Authority effective immediately. SUMMARY NO. 211 (Introduced by Wayne Romero, District 14) A Resolution rescinding a previous Resolution regarding Channel L- 4F-7 and further accepting a temporary easement for said channel on the property of Mr. Gerald Maturin only, with 50' width on each side, District 14.
