GPH-RPM-P/RPA/ABB Peace Process Working towards a closure pact with the Tabara-Paduano Group and the reintegration of the Nilo Dela Cruz Group Closure track with the RPM-P/RPA/ABB in order to complete implementation of the 2000 Peace Agreement Completion of the latest draft Closure Agreement for the approval of the Office of the President

GPH-RPM-P/RPA/ABB Peace Process OBJECTIVES OF THE CLOSURE AGREEMENT Disposition of arms and forces and mainstreaming of the members of the RPM-P/RPA/ABB into the society; Transformation of RPM-P/RPA/ABB into a legitimate socio-political organization; Provision of development support to TPG-identified areas PAMANA supports the development component of the completion process

Government convergence through PAMANA strengthens the peace process with the RPMP/RPA/ABB "Natatangi at napakahalaga ng papel na ginampanan ng lokal na pamahalaan. Ipinakita po ni Mayor ang huwarang gawi ng isang pinuno sa kagyat na pangangailangan ng proyekto ng kapayapaan. Veronica Tabara of the RPMP/RPA/ABB during the groundbreaking ceremony of the P37M Locotan farm-to-market road in Kabankalan, Negros Occidental

GPH-CPP/NPA/NDF Peace Process Moving towards a peaceful resolution of the armed conflict with the CPP/NPA/NDF GPH remains committed to a political settlement. GPH wants Talks to focus on issues that are meaningful; with results that are immediately felt by the communities (agenda-based) with strong bias on ending violence on the ground GPH is exploring how to reach a time-bound framework for talks, preferably to have substantial peace dividend achieved during the PNoy administration.

PAMANA as complementary to the Peace Table with the CPP/NPA/NDF PAMANA allows communities to have an alternative and nonviolent channel for their pursuit of social justice. PAMANA provides a platform to engage the community in charting their own development. With or without the formal peace talks, PAMANA will be pursued by the government. It is meant to reduce the levels of violence on the ground and improve the quality of life of the people.

-- CLIP Beneficiary

Eighty-year-old Lorenzo Anterio Silvino Lubos, Northern Samar Ang gobyerno noon, may programa, may perang nare-release, pero walang nakikitang proyekto. Napakahirap ng hanapbuhay. May produkto at masipag ang mga tao pero walang transportasyon at kalsada. First time kong nakita ang pruweba ng gobyerno. First time kong nakita na may tulong sa tao. Pangarap ko na makapaglakad sa sementadong kalsada. Sinasabi ko sa sarili ko, It will be fulfilled.

Maraming Salamat sa Pagsulong ng Kapayapaan! For regular updates on the peace process, please visit www.opapp.gov.ph and www.pamana.net.
