Sergeant at Arms: Ken Matlack Code of Conduct In order to conduct this SCC Meeting to the highest quality, utmost fairness to all and in an organized and timely fashion, we will ask everyone in attendance to conduct themselves with dignity, respect and kindness. Personal attacks of any nature are never allowed. Members will kindly observe Roberts Rules of Order on decorum and show courtesy and respect to one another at all times. Disruptive behavior is grounds for ejection from the event. Nothing is to be placed on the delegates tables. There are tables at the back of the room to share information that has been approved in advance by the ORP SCC Meeting Committee. No other literature may be distributed on the Evergreen Museum property, either outside or inside the building. This is a private business meeting of the Oregon Republican Party to focus on business. Everyone attending must be paid attendee. Guests All guests will be expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Only State Central Committee members may speak during the meeting. Guests may observe, but may not participate. If a guest needs to be removed from the room for inappropriate behavior, the SCC member who sponsored the guest will be asked to help escort their guest, with the Sergeant at Arms out of the room. Please be sure your guest is aware of these codes of conduct.
EVERGREEN AVIATION and SPACE MUSEUM Each paid SCC member and their sponsored guest will receive a pass to a self-guided tour to the incredible Evergreen Aviation and Space museum including the world famous Spruce Goose. These passes may be used one time on April 5 th, 6 th or Sunday, April 7 th only. AIM HIGH BANQUET at 5:30pm Aim High Banquet with guest speaker LtCol Oliver North, USMC (Ret.) and current NRA President is a separate event with special reduced pricing for SCC members and their sponsored guest who have paid their meeting registration fee. A separate registration for the Banquet is needed. You will not be able to register for this event at the door. Because the museum is fitting dinner tables around the airplanes for this event at SCC special rates only apply before March 22 nd. It will be a special evening! See enclosed information.
