BA.LLB: 6 th Semester Jurisprudence Paper Code: LLB 302 OBJECTIVE The students should get familiar with various approaches to law and legal processes. They should be able to appreciate dynamic character of the law and legal systems particularly in the context of socio-political history of the society. The students should be in position to appreciate how diverse approaches to law influence decision-making in judicial courts. QUESTIONS 1. Explain the meaning and nature of Jurisprudence? Or Explain the Austinian theory of law? 2. Explain the contribution of Sir Henry Maine in the development of society and law? 3. Explain the theories of corporate personalities? 4.
