IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Union-Scioto Board of Education does approve the amended Depository agreement with Kingston National Bank effective December 1, 2018 through December 31, 2020.

4. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Union-Scioto Board of Education does approve the new, revised, and replacement policies of NEOLA revisions. 5. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Union-Scioto Board of Education does approve the Memorandum of Understanding with USEA. XVI. RESOLUTIONS 1. BE IT RESOLVED that the Union-Scioto Local School Board of Education does approve and accept the 2020 Tax Budget. XVII. NEW BUSINESS Income tax renewal XVIII.
