ADDENDUM TO MOTION FOR STAY R.W. filed a motion requesting that this Court stay further proceedings in the juvenile court and requesting that this Court order the juvenile court to rescind the capias warrants that were in place for R.W. R.W. has since been arrested. And, on June 16, 2014, a juvenile court magistrate released him on his own recognizance. Ex. A-B. There are no longer any active warrants for R.W. Thus, there is no longer any need for this Court to order the juvenile court to recall R.W.'s warrants. However, the matter is currently scheduled for a probable cause hearing on July 1.0, 2014. Ex. A-B. For the reasons previously articulated in his motion for stay, R.W. respectfully requests that this Court stay further proceedings in the juvenile court, including a probable cause hearing. Respectfully submitted, GORDON C. MAGELLA 0083770) Counsel for R.W. GMagellaa,cros.hamilton-co.org 2
