COMMERCIAL EXHIBITION The Commercial Exhibition will be located in the balcony area, on the same floor as the Gran Ancón Plenary Hall and the Technical Secretariat. **Exhibition Plan (subject to changes due to organizational needs and / or stands not sold). RESERVATION PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT INFORMATION The prices established in this document DO NOT INCLUDE TAXES. APPLICATION TO PARTICIPATE OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS OF THE EXHIBITOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS Only applications to participate as an Exhibitor in Congress that are received in the appropriate forms duly completed and addressed to Kenes will be considered. The registration will be confirmed to the extent that space is available. Applicants will be informed in writing of the acceptance or rejection of their applications. In case of rejection, all payments will be reimbursed. In the case of acceptance, the Exhibitors will be bound by the terms and conditions listed here and / or in the brochure and / or in any other contractual agreement between the parties. The registration implies the complete acceptance of the exhibition regulations by the Exhibitors. Any violation of these regulations may lead to the immediate revocation of the right to participate in the Congress without compensation or reimbursement of the amounts already paid or payment of damages to the Exhibitor. When submitting an application to participate, the Exhibitor commits definitively and irrevocably to occupy the assigned space and to maintain its facilities until the date and time defined for the closing of the event. The Exhibitor can only present in his stand or space the materials, products or services described in the application to participate. Advertising of signatures that are not registered as exhibitors is not allowed. The transfer or sublease of assigned spaces, totally or partially, is prohibited. OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS OF THE ORGANIZER The organizer undertakes to assign the Exhibitor the space in accordance with the preferences indicated by the applicants. Applications will be considered in the order of receipt of the forms accompanied by the corresponding payment. If absolutely necessary, the organizer reserves the right to modify the positioning of the stands, without obligation to compensate the Exhibitor. The Organizer reserves the right to offer any space that has not been occupied on the eve of the opening of the Congress to a different firm, without obligation to provide compensation to the Exhibitor who did not show up. RESPONSIBILITIES / Insurance The Organizer does not insure the equipment and exhibition materials installed by the Exhibitor. Under no circumstances will be held responsible for loss, damage or destruction caused to the equipment, property or property of the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor assumes responsibility for its exposed material, its employees and delegates and for any third person who may visit its space. The Exhibitor must release from liability and compensate the Organizer, its suppliers, directors, employees, delegates and representatives, for any damage, loss, injury, cost, fine and complaint including all those caused by fires and that extend within a policy of covers hired by the exhibitor, its partners, representatives related to the materials, equipment, goods or properties exhibited for the event by the exhibitor. The Exhibitor will acquire insurance policies for the aforementioned damages. The Organizer reserves the right to change the venue, dates and times of the activities of the Congress without responsibility to the Exhibitor for damages or losses resulting from that. The Exhibitor will be notified in writing as soon as the changes have been made. EXHIBITION RULES The coordinator of the exhibition, acting under the direction of the organizing committee, has the final decision regarding the acceptance of the above. Exhibitors are prohibited from sharing the assigned space with others without the written consent of the exhibition coordinator. The Organizer reserves the right to alter the plan or limit the space allocated to each Exhibitor, postpone the exhibition or transfer it to another place if the circumstances require such action. In the event that any contingency prevents the exhibition from being held, the Organizer will not be responsible for the expenses incurred except the rental fees for the exhibition spaces. The exhibitors and their material must not block corridors, obstruct neighboring stands or damage the installations or equipment rented. Exhibitors are asked to leave enough free space to ensure a good view of the surrounding stands. Exhibitors are responsible for the design, installation and shipping costs of their display elements (and their disassembly) at the exhibition site. The use of flammable materials is not allowed. The exposed equipment must be installed under strict safety measures. 13
