The proposal as outlined in the Notice of Public Hearing was emailed as required by Section 168 of the Planning Act to the Minister of Local Government, the MSTW Planning District, all member municipalities of

Will generate more taxes. The appointment of Deputy Mayor must be approved by resolution of Council. The Deputy Mayor shall act in place of the Mayor when he is unable to carry out the powers, duties and functions of the Mayor.
