LEVENTHAL: Your Honor, the parties are e prepared to stipulate that the Board of Elections will be directed to strike Mr. Skorski's name as a candidate for the office of Representative in Congress, Fourth Congressional District, with respect to both the Republican Party and the Conservative Party, and we would ask that this stipulation be submitted to the Judge to be so ordered. for Mr. Skorski?
