That, an at-large member of Franklin Township Trustees, is appointed to the Standing Rock Cemetery Board of Trustees effective May 3, 2017 to December 31, 2018 to fill a vacancy of an unexpired term of January 1, 2016 and ending December 31, 2018. SECTION 2. That the appointment provided for in Section 1 above is made in accordance with the authority contained in Ohio Revised Code Section 759.36. SECTION 3. That any ordinance or resolution in conflict herewith is hereby repealed. SECTION 4. That it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating SECTION 5. That the new hire personnel wages of the Standing Rock Cemetery is as set forth below: HOURLY RATES - EFFECTIVE JUNE 1, 2017 THROUGH MAY 31, 2018 New Hire $8.15/HR SECTION 2. That any resolution or part thereof in conflict herewith is hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the adoption of this Joint Resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council and that all deliberations of this Council, and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised SECTION 4.
