2 INTRODUCTION Actuality The main issue The aim of our research Anti-dumping measures are the most popular tool to protect the domestic market in the system of nontariff methods of regulation of foreign trade activity. The effectiveness of protection of the interests of domestic producers, and so the prosperity of the economy as a whole depends on the correctness of application of anti-dumping measures in practice. The settlement of the implementation of antidumping measures should be clearly reflected in the legislation of each state and exclude the possibility of diversification. To develop the ways to improve the application of anti-dumping measures in the Russian legislation within the framework of the EAEU.
