Councillor Reports: Mayor Lapointe -Attended two DTSSAB meetings this past month. - Attended FONOM / MMAH Conference from May 6 to 8, 300 attended. - Meeting in North Bay on May 22, Re: Delegation with France. - Solar Panel meeting here on May 20th. Councillor Fic -Fire Meeting on April 26 th, practices continue, planning for Solar Panel training, 2016 Fire Department Draw-Tickets for sale, next meeting will be on May 31 st. - Tourist Centre: Reported on Christmas in July, Summer Students, Clean-up at the Tourist Centre, next meeting will be on June 3 rd. - Community Policing: Still looking for interested people and input. Councillor Culhane - Property Standards: Meeting on May 19 th, discussing repeat offenders and fish shacks. - Roads: Reminded everyone of Clean-up week on May 19 th to May 22 nd, Summer Students. - Commented on the 2015 Budget and Fire Prevention. Councillor Toupin-Keft -Recreation: Reported on Yard Sale, Mother s Day Spaghetti Supper & prizes, Movie night on May 29 th, 80's Dance, Kids/Family Dance, Canada Day, next meeting will be on May 13 th. Councillor Côté -Strategic Planning: Reported on meeting with two presenters for a Splash Park, next meeting will be on May 26 th. - Library: Last meeting on April 24 th, hired a new Librarian, Cindy Bergeron starting on May 20 th.
