Frazier School District Board of School Directors Regular Monthly Board Meeting Held On: Board Room of the Administration Building The Regular Monthly Meeting of the members of the Board of School Directors of the Frazier School District was held on, and was called to order at 7:43 p.m. by Board President, Thomas Shetterly. The meeting was held in the Board Room of the Administration Building, located at 142 Constitution Street, Perryopolis, PA. Motion by Olexa, second by Devine, to approve the General Operating Budget for 2018-2019 school year in the amount of $549,552.00. One abstain. One absent. Motion carried.) Motion by Olexa, second by Devine, to approve the exoneration of Tax Collectors for the 2017 Real Estate and Per Capita taxes [Perry Township, Perry Borough, Lower-Tyrone Township, Jefferson Township, and Newell]. Report provided by the Business Office.

Erdely, to approve the Financial Report, Cafeteria Fund Report, MS/HS Activity Fund Report, and Capital Reserve reports, as presented. No comments or questions. Motion by Olexa, second by Devine, to approve the payment of bills due and payable and additional bills due and payable. No comments or questions. It was decided to take 7a1-7a15 as one, with one motion, one second and one vote. Motion by Olexa, second by S. Erdely, to approve the following field trips/workshops/conferences: 1. None opposed. Motion by Olexa, second by S. Erdely, to approve the request to change Monday, April 2 nd, 2018 to an in-service day and Tuesday, April 3 rd, 2018 as a snow make-up day. Motion by Olexa, second by Devine, to approve the list of substitute employees for the month of February 2018 as presented. Motion by Olexa, second by Devine, to approve the request submitted by an elementary teacher to take a childbearing leave of absence beginning May 24 th, 2018, bearing no unforeseen circumstances and returning back to work the start of the 2018-2019 school year. Motion by Olexa, second by S. Erdely, to elect the following staff for extracurricular activities for the 2017-2018 school year: 1. Thomas Shetterly Volunteer, Baseball 2. Robert Acklin Head Coach, Track and Field Motion by Olexa, second by S. Erdely, to approve the request submitted by William Henderson, Superintendent, to grant an additional (1) year disability leave for a cafeteria employee, as noted in the nonprofessional collective bargaining agreement. Comments from the Public on Agenda: Noreen Havonic from the Library addressed the Board of Directors requesting the schools participation Tree Vitalization program. This is a tree planting program would require student volunteers to maintain the trees on the property. She is also requesting the that the current stumps be removed. Motion by Olexa, second by S. Erdely, to move for adjournment of the meeting. All in attendance were in agreement. No objections to the motion.
