Schedule of Reports for Council May 26, 2015 Council Resolution Subject Department Report to Council Comments 150/14 Asphalt on the east side of the LaSalle Fire Service Fire TBA Estimate has been completed by Administration. Ability to complete the work will be determined when town hall project is completed and budget is known. THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF LASALLE BY-LAW NO. A by-law to amend By-law No. 7298, being a by-law to regulate vehicular parking within the limits of the Town of LaSalle WHEREAS By-law No. 7298, which was finally passed on July 26, 2011 is a by-law to regulate vehicular traffic within the limits of the Town of LaSalle; AND WHEREAS at present parking is permitted on both sides of Farell Avenue from Carnegie Avenue to Grondin Street; AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend the said by-law. NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF LASALLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. THAT parking on Farrell Avenue from Carnegie Avenue to Grondin Street be restricted to one side of the road; and 2. THAT this by-law shall come into full force and effect upon the final passing thereof.
