At this time, I'm asking leave to file a motion for supplemental discovery, which is a motion for the name, title and certification and reports of the individuals drawing blood from Mr. Ryne Sanhamel. I can also tell the Court that I have been working through this, and I have spoken with Northwestern Hospital, as well as received documents from Northwestern Hospital regarding blood draws. And I've tendered the same to the State, as well as a receipt for -- discovery receipt, which I will make a full part of the record. But we're steadily moving through this. At the same time -- last time we were
0 0 here, I had gotten the file. I have now gone through the file completely, actually spoken with Mr. Sanhamel. There will be substantive motions that I am putting together, and on the next court date, I will be filing all those, your Honor. THE COURT: State, do you have anything else today? MS. AUGUSTUS: Not today, Judge. We just got some discovery that we need to copy and tender to defense. But I will do that in between this court date and the next court date. THE COURT: You filed these motions. You anticipate filing motions, defense counsel, on the next court date? MR. ADAM: Yes. THE COURT: Let's go off the record and find a court date that's convenient for both sides. (Whereupon, a discussion was had off the record. MS. AUGUSTUS: January th. MR. ADAM: By agreement. ADAM: There are a couple others things, your Honor, such as -- these are things that I saw in the discovery, as well as have been requested by previous lawyers, such as DVD videos. And I've also laid out the inventory numbers of those videos for the State. So I don't anticipate that being too much of a problem. THE COURT: The State is going to use its best efforts to comply with those matters that she can. If she has objections to certain matters, she will tell us about it by the next court date. Some of these, certainly CPD reports, general progress reports should be forthcoming.

Can we have January th so I can try to get -- THE COURT: That might make more sense. Is te th a better date? MR. ADAM: Yes, your Honor. THE COURT: Instead of -, I apologize to the clerk, it's going to be -, 0. It's a status. That will give the state's attorney a little bit more time to see what she can do with these matters.
