Rotary Leadership Institute is once again coming to District 6490 on Saturday, August 16, Richland Community College in Decatur, IL. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m., sessions beg a.m. and continue until 3:00 p.m. Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a series of fast-pace interactive, one-day courses offered to refine a Rotarian's leadership skills and increase the knowledge in Rotary. The organization s purpose is to prevent crue to promote animal welfare, to educate the public about the humane care and treatment of animals, to increase public awarene companion animal overpopulation issue and to provide solutions, and to provide high quality shelter, medical, and adoption se animals when necessary.
