A MOTION IS NEEDED TO APPROVE AND DISPENSE WITH THE READING OF THE COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC MEETING MINUTES OF TUESDAY, DECEMBER 27, 2016; TUESDAY, JANUARY 3, 2017; AND TUESDAY, JANUARY 17, 2017. 4. A MOTION IS NEEDED TO PAY ALL COUNTY AND LIQUID FUELS PAYROLLS AS SUBMITTED BY THE HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICE FOR PAYROLL NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $710,959.59 AND PAYROLL NO. 2 IN THE AMOUNT OF $671,151.00. 5.
