Poland your new home realisation of the project Since January 2016, Caritas Polska and their six Migrant and Refugee Aid Centres have been running a new project: 'Poland your New Home' The project was set up in January of this year and it will continue to the end of 2017 Caritas is leading the project in cooperation with the Foreign Office and the Fifth Diocese of Caritas The total budget of the project is aprox. 2 mln zlotys (aprox. 0,5 mln euro)
