12 NEW BUSINESS: Engisch would like to make-up a flow chart for Ag related projects. When it would require a 251 plan and when they do not. Minch agreed that a flow chart is a great idea. SSCC: Frank Minch updated the District on the Soil Compaction Standards. They are currently in register for public comment in November. A sub-soil inspection will be required prior to Report of Compliance inspection. Still need to come up with procedure for inspections. Frank wanted to address the letter sent by the District in regard to the point system for Supervisors. It was a concern of the Supervisors that attending out of District meetings held a higher point value than attending meetings within their own District. Frank is looking into re-vamping Supervisor performance rating. Currently Supervisors are rated at a percentage for District meeting attendance. A Supervisor must attend at least 70 percent of all District meetings held during their term. Engisch suggested that maybe they should receive points for exceeding the 70 percent. Minch is also looking into changing the re-appointment procedure.
