The detailed business activities in India The detailed business activities in India are described as follows: 4.1 For Coal Washery Projects Engineering & Construction n The Company has engineered and constructed the coal washery projects in China with the total beneficiation capacity of more than 10.0MMt. Per year. n The Company has engineered and constructed the coal washery project for M/s: Global Coal & Mining Pvt. Limited at Talcher of Orissa in the year of 2003 with the beneficiation capacity of 0.5 Mt. per year. n The Company is bidding the UG 1.0 Million Metric tonnes project at Dhanbad under BCCL and the process is going on as on date of 30.05.2011. n The Company is associated with M/s: Sainik Aryan Group for its 10.0 Million Metric tonnes Coal washery project to be installed in A. P. State of India. 4.2 For Explosives Projects engineering & Construction n The Company had engineered and constructed the emulsion explosive manufacturing project for M/s: Amin Explosives Pvt. Limited, India in the year of 2003 with the capacity of 5,000 tonnes per year. 2
The Company is updating the explosive production line now for M/s: Amin Explosives Pvt. Limited to achieve the annual emulsion explosive production of 15,000 Metric tonnes with the continuous and automatic provision. The Company had engineered and constructed the plain detonator project for M/s: Rajasthan Explosives & Chemicals Limited, India in the year of 1997 with the capacity of 30.0 million per year. The company had engineered and constructed the emulsion explosive manufacturing project for M/s: Rajasthan Explosives & Chemicals Limited, India in the year of 2003 with the capacity of 5,000 tonnes per year. The Company has engineered and constructed the emulsion explosive manufacturing project for M/s: Special Blasts Limited, India in the year of 2004 with the capacity of 3,000 tonnes per year. 4.3 For Power Generation Projects Starting from July of 2005 the Company ventured into the power projects in India, Indonesia and Vietnam with the close association with M/s: Wuxi Huaguang Boiler Limited who is the reputed boiler manufacturer and M/s: Nanjing Turbine Limited who is the manufacturer of the steam turbine and generator. As on date the Company has made the following achievements: The Company has implemented the 1 x 35MW BTG package for M/s: Chhattisgarh Steel & Power Limited in the year of 2008. The Company has implemented the 1 x 8MW Boiler package for M/s: Sheshasaila Power Engineering Pvt. Limited. The Company has implemented the 3 x 10MW boiler packages for M/s: MSM Energy Pvt. Limited. As on date the job at hands of the Company are as follows: The Company is working as the liaisoning agent for M/s: KVK Nilachal Power Private Limited for its 3 X 350MW sub critical Thermal Power project in Orissa state of India. The work scope of the Company mainly covers: Ø The identification of the BTG contractor. Ø The identification of the auxiliaries sub vendors. The work scope mainly covers: Ø The day to day communication between the owner and the various equipment manufacturers. Ø The arrangement of the visiting to the various power projects in commercial operation for the 350MW super critical thermal power projects in China. Ø The arrangement of the visiting to the various equipment manufacturers in China. Ø Preparation of the QAP for the BTG packages to be procured from China. Ø Assistance to prepare the DPR by collecting all the required data from China equipment and power plants. Ø Preparation of the tender specifications for the major equipment to be floated in China. Ø Inspection of the fabrication of the various equipment in China. Ø Identification of the engineering agency for BTG package from China and float the tender specifications. Ø Identification of the sub vendors for the auxiliaries manufacturers in China and float the tenders here in China. Ø Project site construction activities coordination.
